  • We aim to ship eligible orders within 36–48 hours after payment. For custom products, this timeframe begins after you approve the final artwork proof. Custom printing, design work, product availability, or order changes may require more time. We’ll contact you if we expect a delay.

  • SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Orders may ship through FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT, or another suitable carrier. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment. This is an estimate; production time is separate. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Customs processing, weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

  • SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $299 when the offer appears at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are separate.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

  • SHIPPING ADDRESSES

  • Enter a complete and accurate address at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Changes may not be possible after shipment, and carrier fees caused by an incorrect address or rerouting may be charged to you.

  • TRACKING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

  • We’ll send you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
